The decoy attached to a 150 meters rope weighs 5 kg and takes the electrical power supply of 3-12 Watts from the aircraft generating a radio electrical signal in the centimeters wavelength. The ABRL has been designed to operate for 5 to 10 minutes with an azimuth coverage of -/+60-degree and -/+22.5-degree in elevation. The ABRL towed decoy was developed and produced by Scientific-Research Institute Ekran.
