The VLRA (Vehicule de Liaison de Reconnaissance et d'Appui / Liaison, Reconnaissance and Support Vehicle) 4x4 is a family of all wheel drive military trucks developed by ACMAT and capable of carrying payloads ranging from 1.5-ton to 3.5-ton. The VLRA 4x4 is available in the following roles: command and communications vehicle (TPK 420 VCT); multipurpose tactical vehicles (TPK 425 STL/SH and TPK 436 STL/SH); breakdown logistic vehicle (TPK 420 SL7 and TPK 436 SCM); personnel, cargo or weapon system carriers (TPK 415 SM3/FSP, TPK 420 SM3, TPK 420 STL and TPK 420 PMB mortar carrier); and ambulances van (TPK 425 SAM, TPK 430 F, TPK 432 SB and TPK 433 SB).
The VLRA 4x4 as multipurpose tactical vehicle can carry a load of 3.5-ton over ranges of 500 km to 1,000 km depending on the number of fuel tanks (1 or 2 x 180-l). The vehicle's cab accommodates a three-man crew. The VLRA 4x4 is powered by a 6 cylinder Perkins diesel engine rated at 145-hp. VLRA vehicles are air transportable and can be air dropped by tactical transport aircraft such as C-130 and C-160. The TPK 420 BL4 is a new version featuring a new forward-cab design and improved armor.

The VLRA 6x6 is available in the following roles: tactical vehicles (TPK 640 SM3, TPK 640 CTL, TPK 641 VPC and TPK 650 SH/STL); light armored wheeled vehicles (TPK 650 BL); logistic vehicle (TPK 635 SL7, TPK 640 WRT and TPK 641 GBS); decontamination vehicle (TPK 640 CSD); and semi trailer tractors (TPK 635 TSR). The semi trailer tractors are capable of towing eight tons to ten tons.
The VLRA 6x6 as multipurpose tactical vehicle can carry a load of 5.6-ton over ranges of 600 km to 1,200 km depending on the load with a single 210-l fuel tank. The vehicle's cab accommodates a three-man crew. The VLRA 6x6 is powered by a 6 cylinder Perkins diesel engine rated at 145-hp. VLRA vehicles are air transportable by means of tactical transport aircraft such as C-130 Hercules and C-160 Transall. The TPK 650 BL features a new forward-cab design also provided to VLRB and TPK 420 BL4.

The VLRA (Vehicule de Liaison de Reconnaissance et d'Appui / Liaison, Reconnaissance and Support Vehicle) 4x4 is a family of all wheel drive military trucks developed by ACMAT and capable of carrying payloads ranging from 1.5-ton to 3.5-ton. The VLRA 2 is a follow-on development based upon a 4x4 chassis capable of carrying a payload between 2 and 4.5 tons or up 17 persons. Compared with the VLRA1, the new vehicle is heavier, has a larger cargo capacity and provides a greater range thanks to its Euro 5 190-hp turbo diesel intercooler engine. ACMAT has developed a 15-ton class Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle based on the VLRA 2 chassis.
The VLRA 2 4x4 is a multipurpose tactical vehicle that carry a load of 4.5-ton over ranges of up to 1,400 km using two fuel tanks (2 x 180-l). The vehicle's cab accommodates a three-man crew with seating for up to 14 passengers in the rear compartment. It can be equipped with small caliber weapons such as 12.7mm and 7.62mm machine guns or a 40mm automatic grenade launcher as well as anti-tank and anti-air missile systems. The VLRA 2 vehicle can be airlifted by tactical transport aircraft such as the C-130, C-160 and A400M as well as CH-47 helicopters.
